Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship orders within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard processing time is 5–7 business days, with an additional 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. During holidays, please allow up to an additional 7 days. Certain items that may take longer will have this noted in their description.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's journey
Returns
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns. However, if your order has not yet been started, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
How long does it take to process my return?
Since returns are generally not accepted, processing time is only applicable if an exchange or refund is approved before production begins. In those cases, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Exchanges may be possible if your order has not been started. Please reach out quickly if you need an exchange, and we’ll work to accommodate your request if possible.

Do you offer rush processing?
Yes, for select items, we offer rush processing for an additional fee. Simply add the Rush Processing listing to your cart along with your items, and contact us to confirm your deadline and check availability.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
We do offer discounts for bulk or wholesale orders. Contact us for more information about bulk order requirements and pricing.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
